Group pools
Nobody chases anybody.
The pool is stitched to the booking. If it's not filled by the deadline, the slot releases automatically. If it is, it books without anyone having to confirm.
The pool must be created at least 24 hours before the activity. Stripe handles refunds in 5 business days if anyone cancels.

What we get asked.
Is Werugo free?
The app is free to download and use. What you book through it — a restaurant table, an activity, a nightlife ticket — has its own price, set by the partner. We take a commission from the partner, never from you. Good deals are managed by Werugo directly and are free, end to end.
How do refunds work for group pools?
Automatic. Stripe refunds each participant's card within 5 business days if the pool isn't filled by the deadline, or if a paying participant cancels in time.
Which zones are live?
17 zones across Malta: Msida, St. Julian's, San Ġwann, Swieqi, Gozo, St Paul's Bay, Mellieħa, Marsaxlokk, Gżira, Mdina, Sliema, Valletta, Qormi, Rabat, Birkirkara, Mosta, and Marsaskala. New zones open as we onboard partners.
Is my data protected?
Hosted on Google Cloud (Firebase) in Europe. We don't sell anything, we don't cross-reference anything. Deletion on request to contact@werugo.app or directly from the app's settings.
Which languages does the app support?
English, French, Italian, Spanish. The app picks up your phone's language automatically.
