All elements making up the App (texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, sounds, databases, software, source code, the "Werugo" trademark) are the exclusive property of WERUGO LIMITED or its partners and are protected by Maltese, European and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or alteration, in whole or in part, of the App or its content, by any process whatsoever and on any medium, is prohibited without the prior written consent of WERUGO LIMITED. Any unauthorised use may constitute an infringement punishable by applicable intellectual property laws.
